I needed to take the weekend off and give myself some time to get back in touch with my creativity. Now that I have had some down time, I am glad to be back blogging.
Yesterday, I made a dish of diced bacon, cashews, sweet potato, and imitation crab meat. Today, I take the leftovers mixed with 2 cups of vegetable and have a lovely little breakfast.

Then, for dinner, I fried up some bratwurst and heated Isaura’s mom’s sauerkraut and apples. Followed by cruit and nuts.
